Amazing service

<p>I would like to put this under management's attention that I will be with outsurance from 01 March 2017.</p> <p>One of your ladies called me last week, I have explained to her that I am very upset with insurance company that I am with now as they are very unprofessional and they gave me very poor service after being with them for 5 years. I was very angry. So your lady that called me, her name is Megan, I did not get her last name, but I want to let your company know that I am very impressed and happy with the professional service she provided with me. I asked if she can put everything on e-mail as well, which she did, as the company I am with now, never mailed me anything. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would personally like to thank Megan for her kindness. To be totally honest, I hate insurance companies as the I have been taken for a fool and the company I am with now will read my complaint I have with then in every social media way possible because I am sick and tired for being laughed at. But with Megan, she was honest with me with all the terms and conditions and I have never received this kind of professional service from an insurance company. </p> <p> </p> <p>Give that lady a Bells as she really is an asset to your company.</p>
