Amazing Service!

<p>On 06 December I called Outsurance to report my accident claim. I was filled with so much anxiety and worry after hearing horror stories of claims not being paid by insurers.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got through to Shaheza Mohamed - I did not realise how lucky I was then to get through to her. From the moment she took my call we felt like we mattered, we were not just another claim or client. We received personal service, empathy and genuine concern for the emotional turmoil we were going through. Shaheza's first concern was whether my faimly and I were ok and if any of us had been hurt.</p> <p> </p> <p>The experience did not stop there. The assessor in Roodepoort went above and beyond his call of duty, searching for a service provider that culd assist us over the festive period. He found one who came out to me to fetch my car and kept me up to date with all the progress being made.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have honestly never felt more at ease. Thank you Outsurance and thank you Shaheza, you are truly an angel.</p>
