Outsurance has consistently given me the best customer service I have ever experienced in South Africa.<br> I am currently living in Germany and a little difficult to get hold of, but Tess managed to get hold of me and a third party to smoothly orchestrate an amendment to my policy across the world in under an hour.<br> <br> No worries or stress or fighting on my part necessary at all (which is common if you want any South African company to give you the service they promised).<br> <br> I would recommend Outsurance without hesitation and I hope Tess gets a massive raise soon.<br> <br> * Take note Autopage, CellC: This is how customer service should be done.
