Amazing Service

I would like to just give a shout out to OUTsurance.!!!

I have been with them for over 15 years and I have never had a single problem with them. Their service is amazing their staff are amazing and the companies they signed with are amazing!!!

My Moms car is registered under my insurance with OUTsurance, and she called me yesterday to tell me that her car had broken down on the hi way during peak hour traffic and she didn't know what to do. I sent a panic signal to OUTsurance on my app and a man by the name of Bongani called immediately, asked for my mom's number contacted her and assisted her within seconds. It took them 15 minutes to get there and to sort out my mom's problem. It was a company called Witfield Auto, a gentleman by the name of Thenus assisted her. My mom told me he was so friendly and efficient and she felt so comfortable and safe as a woman alone on the side of the road with him. They hooked up my mom's car, took her and the car to the mechanics and he still dropped my mom off at home safely once all things were done for the car. I just would like to thank OUTsurance and Thenus from Witfield auto for getting my mom safely off the road and home is such an amazing manor!! I will definitely spread the word and make sure more and more people hear about these amazing people!! Bongani, Thenus, OUTsurance and Witfield Auto you are all amazing!!! You guys are what makes me be proud to be a South African!!!
