Amazing service

This was my first time ever to claim on insurance and had no idea about the processes or what to do.<br> I phoned Outsurance and a pleasant chap called Brett Kimmie answered. He was very helpful, helped me through all the processes. I never once had to follow up on something, Brett followed up with me, even when I was unavailable on my cell, he got through via other channels. This whole process was effortless and my claim was handled professionally and I was updated through the whole process.<br> Thank you for the awesome service levels, and I can recommend Outsurance to anybody, especially if they keep guys like Brett around.
