AMAZING SERVICE

I hit a huge pothole / ditch on Saturday evening and seriously damaged my car. I called Outsurance for assistance and they were - as usual - AMAZING!!! They were helpful, professional, caring, efficient, speedy and a pleasure to work with! My car was towed, assessed and is being repaired as I type this. They did follow ups with me to check I was ok and safe, and keep me updated on where my car is, what's happening and what the status of the claim and repairs are. It is really great to know some-one is offering they service they promise, and has our back when you need it!
