AMAZING: Refund of excess

In Dec 2013 on the N2 near PE we were rear-ended by an 18 wheeler truck. Damage to vehicle and trailer amounted to a claim against our Outsurance policy of well over R20000 and an excess payment by us of R3400. For over 2 years their legal team have been fighting to get the trucking company to pay up on the claim. They kept us informed regularly and today we received the call that we will be getting our excess back!!!!! Amazing, Thank you Outsurance. Now I know why we have been with you guys for so long.
