Amazing level of service

Godfrey Molefe, an employee of Outsurance provided me with unsurpassed service yesterday! I logged a call for an emergency electrical problem in my house and was amazed by his commitment to solve it. He promised to call me at a certain time to finalize our arrangements and he not only called me at the exact time, but I received calls from him until the electrician solved the problem.<br> <br> Earlier in the day when I tried to log a call with another member of the call centre, I was told to call again. The impatient and rude conversation left me with the perception that Outsurance's service has dropped to a concerning level. <br> <br> However, Godfrey changed my negative experience into an amazing one and deserve recognition!
