I spoke to a consultant today who assisted my mum with a funeral cover, she was so awesome and kind, she understood what we needed. I can't remember her name, but well done to you on how well you articulated yourself on that call. Definitely a 110% for having a customer centric vibe!!!! KUDOS to you
