Amazing Customer Service

I received OUTstanding customer service from Nadia B. the other day. What a breath of fresh air it was to speak to that young lady on a Friday afternoon. If the quote had been a bit closer to my current premium, I would have definitely taken up insurance with them (and will definitely call her back in the future to see if I can get a better quote). I wonder if companies realise how much their service consultants impact their ability to get more business.
