Amazing customer service

On 19th July, I was involved in a horrific accident that caused me a great deal of trauma and sleepless nights. Fortunately from the very first day that I called Outsurance to make a claim (***), I was instantly greeted with kindness and sympathy. This being my first accident, I was taken through the procedure in great detail, especially by the claims assessor Jabulani Ngcobo, a kind gentlemen that professionally assessed my claim, whilst remaining understanding and sympathetic of my traumatised state. I was so overwhelmed to see how this stranger on the other end of the phone made it his goal to get me closure by processing my claim professionally and within a fair duration of time. For this I am truly grateful Jabulani, no words can describe the immense gratitude I have for the attention to detail you had taken and for the care shown. For the first time in almost 2 weeks I will sleep peacefully knowing that this experience can finally draw to a close, thanks to the service you had provided me with. Thank you Outsurance for reminding me why choosing you was the best decision to have made. Your team is truly astounding.
