Amazing customer service

I had a 3rd party claim to submit to Outsurance. The claims handler Jean Van Staden was exceptionally helpful, kept me in the loop at all times and ensured that the time frame for their improved claims process was adhered too. I am thrilled that my claim was finalised within 8 working days from the date of submission. for this i give him 5 Stars for being extremely helpful, efficient and for his professionalism. HE is a quality member of staff within your organisation and i base this on my experience with another claims handler at Outsurance who didnt know the first thing about customer service. Thank you!
