Am very frustrated

<p>I thought outsurance was the best insurance,i was even planning moving to them,i must say claiming from them as a 3rd party is a nightmare. I have been claiming since the 21st of March ever till now. When I wrote a complaint on hellow peter about 3 weeks ago the manager of claims called me immediately and promised that i will be sorted,she then refers my claim to someone who is supposedly handling my claim, that Chidi is something else I followed up on her everyday,she always claims that she sent me emails that i never received, she takes forever to respond, to my suprise she sent emails to wrong email address which is very funny because i sent her emails all the time, she said with 5 working days she will get back to me still nothing,i sent her an email and she did not respond,called her several times she is always unavailable and she does not bother to return my calls. I just don't know what to do anymore and i need my car sorted my life is on hold </p>
