Always waiting!!

I am a very patient person, but I have had holes on my wall and visible leaking pipes for over 2 weeks now. In my kitchen and linen room. For over a month now I've had no kitchen cupboards or linen cupboards and water damage was visible. This was suppose to be a urgent matter, but once again we have to wait. With no reason what so ever. And this is just the tip of the iceberg.
