Always such a pleasant claims experience. Listed my pet claim on the app, within an hour or two got a call back to clarify details and everything was sorted. Was so lovely dealing with Ovayo, she was easy to talk to, professional and efficient. Email came through shortly after to say the amount that had been refunded and to expect it in my account in a few days. Thanks again OUTsurance for being straightforward about what is covered so there are no misunderstandings, and efficient in the claims process. I've recently been getting quotes elsewhere for comparison and honestly I just keep declining them because what I have with you guys is better in every way.
