Always saving me money!

The lady that helped me change my details on my policy was exceptionally friendly, helpful and understanding.

There was a minor premium increase associated with the change in details of my policy, but she went out of her way to find a way mitigate the increase, effectively causing no change in my premium.

I have always had excellent service from Outsurance, and almost every time I phone them for something, they end up lowering my premium or saving me money somehow.
