Always quick to assist!

I concluded my contract with Pearl [Email Removed] after which our business was effectively done. However, I subsequently had a few issues to clear up before taking delivery of my new vehicle. The call centre was busy, so I emailed Pearl for assistance. On the three occasions that I emailed her, she returned my calls in less than 1 minute, and if she couldn't assist me, she would transfer me to the correct person (after having first briefed the next person on my issue so that they were ready to assist without delay). Great service - like a personal broker!
