Always quick and Great service

Firstly I have been an OUTsurance client for wow many many years and never been disappointed. I would just like to say thank you to Joe Nair. I logged into my app clicked on link for someone to call me back, I just clicked submit and like 3 seconds my phone rang, a very polite gentlemen on the other end Joe Nair assisted me to amend my life policy, everything was wrapped up and he would call back soon after some internal changes had to be made. wasn't long after that Joe called back again very polite and helpful and gave me the good news and my new policy amended just like that without a fuss. Better OUT than IN I always say!!! People Like Joe just know how to make your day, keep up the good work Good Sir.
