Always getting Something OUT!! and that is service excellence

<p>One always hear of others' homes who was damaged but some or other unfortuanet event and never think that hey it could haqppen to me! And yes so it did. To find return home from a long day and find you HOME literally washed out and all you have worked for in 29 years ... damaged is an experience i simply do not wish on anyone. Thank God for insurance but even better OUTSURANCE. </p> <p>Even tough we were insured we had fear that the insurance will simply point us away for you hear so many stories too. BUT what an amazing experience. From the first call to having an actuall Project Manager ( Varian Reysen)allocated that truly was on call 24/7. An individual who truly went out of his way to make sure that we are seen to and get this best help and mostly ensured that our Home returns to its glory that we called HOME. It was welcoming to always have VAiran's assurance and encouragingment and not even once us /me to doubtr that we will be back HOME! Even when i emailed late at night or early hours and called so many times, he was just there! Truly unbelieveable.</p> <p>My wife and I are now finally settling back home – haven’t finished the unpacking yet but we are getting there.</p> <p>But we are home!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Varian, I cannot express my gratitude to you enough! You have no idea how much it meant having such an amazing person on the other side that would always respond, always advise and always make sure our needs are seen to. It is an understatement when i say this loss rocked our core. The greatest was knowing that we have the support to get our lives back to normal. (the only part to now get through is the psychological effect that such incidents have on a person, but this too will pass LOL). THANK YOU!THANK YOU!! This was really truly professional team who from day one took the task at hand and delivered really high standard work.
