Always get Somthing Out is Spot on for Them

We had a water pipe burst under our bathtub yesterday and Outsurance sent our a company called detect a leak within an hour. Had to breakdown a part of the exterior wall to get to the pipe. He put a stop vavle on the pipe and said he will be leaving and we need to submit a claim to have the wall fixed. Put in a new pipe as we now have no water flowing to the toilet. Under our tiles in the bathroom you can her there is loads of water. Today we submitted our claim and was told we need to pay an excess of R2 710.00. I am shocked. We have been with Outsurance for the past 8 years for our house, car etc paying thousands a month and now that we submit our first claim this is how they assist. We will be looking at another insurance company and move over. These insurance companies are simply ridiculous. They very happy to take your money for ages but when you claim its an absolute harrowing experience. Always get something out se G$#.
