Always a pleasure with Outsurance

I dread talking on the phone to any kind of customer service company - but I always talk to THE BEST people at Outsurance - and today was no different.

I was put through to Gao Lehobye and we chatted like old friends - about insurance stuff? Sure, that sounds strange, but it's totally true. In fact, I'm actually looking forward to her follow-up call tomorrow - like, has anyone EVER said that to themselves?

It can't be easy being an operator at any Insurance company - let alone keep a happy demeanor while you take calls throughout the day - So, it's important to salute those who restore our faith in humanity and customer service.
