Always a pleasure to speak to one of your consultants. They speak clearly and are very patient with me, they are very willing to go the extra mile with me as I am retired and a bit out of touch with all the technical details. Unfortunately, I can't say that is the case when dealing with other companies. Thanks to the management for the excellent training you give your consultants, for an uncomplicated answering system that doesn't keep you waiting for long before you hear a friendly voice , it makes a big difference! 👌👏
