Always a pleasure, always efficient!

It's weird to say, but I always enjoy my interactions with the Outsurance staff. Today I was updating my policies with the help of Cole Mc Pherson, who was so helpful and explained everything clearly and simply when I asked for clarification. Previously, I have had great experiences with Nolwazi Ndwandwe when I was dealing with a car claim. It always feels like I'm dealing with personalised account managers and not service desk staff.
