Although I forfeited my annual OUTbonus of R4,124.77 (payable on 25 October 2026), I am extremely grateful for the excellent service I received from OUTsurance and JJ Lourens. As a pensioner, I feel confident and at peace with my relationship with OUTsurance. Thank you very much for your excellent service. It is truly appreciated.
