Almost two weeks still waiting on authorization

I bumped my car accidentally at a garage when turning to sharp on the pump barriers,damaging my two left door and Excalibur. I then phoned in and logged a call. The guy Selvan from outsurance told me to take my car to a accesor in boksburg. While the the accesor was busy doing the qoute he asked me if my car where still under warenty at the dealer,i repleid no!it went out last month but what has this got to do with outsurance!He repleid and said nothing Sir!The next day Selvan from Outsurance contacted me with the qoute ,i asked him if i could take my car to Premier panelbeaters in benoni and he organised it.So i took my car in last week Monday 28 Mei 2018. When i arrived there the panelbeaters told me THAT THEY MUST USE SECOND HAND PARTS TO FIX MY CAR,and there might be additionals to my qoute that they need to get authorization from outsurance before they could carry on. I then phoned Selvan from outsurance and asked him why are they going to use second hand parts im paying my insurance every minth now for almost 5 years!He rep**** and said all the insurers agreed on using second hand parts when a car is out of warranty!So my question why do i have an insurance then?I told them it was fine they just need to carry on and get done.I phoned the panelbeaters this Thursday 31Mei to see how far they've got and the lady told me she is struggling to get outsurance for the authorization to carry on! I phoned outsurance again and the guy promised it woul be sorted out.I phoned the panelbeaters again today 7 June they told me they still havent received the authorization. I phoned outsurance again speaking to four different guys and a couple of phone calls later i got to a manager.He told me he need to investigate and would come back to me,wich he did telling me sorry Sir we did drop the ball.I can understand that humans make mistakes but afther nearly two weeks with nothing done on my car and constantly trying to phone poeple to see if their job has been done is ridiculous. I asked for a courtesy car for the next two weeks that i need to wait and the simple awnser was no! Seems like once your car is out of warranty you getting second hand service.
