almost 20% increase on my car insurance

Outsurance in-forced almost a 20% increase on my car insurance this year. When I phoned them, they said sorry we can not help.

Please don"t let them fool you with a good premium when you start with them, after a year they will make sure your premium gets a good increase.

I am going to take away all my business from them, this is day light *******.

We understand that receiving an annual increase can come as a disappointment.

Zenus our client services manager contacted you to address your concerns. There are a variety of factors that will influence a premium increase at rerate stage such as claims, inflationary adjustments, underwriting changes etc.

We are sorry that we weren't able to offer you a better premium.
