Allowing their customers to be ********** when claiming and will ultimately result in customer bearing the brunt
I'm horrified that out surance just excepts clames from companies with out assessing the actual cost of repairs or replacement. My car recently got damaged in a hail storm, took my car for assessment. Damage according to the assessor is R35k? So I did some resurge and found out that the damage to my vehicle can be repaired at a much lowe cost with out the need to strip down and re -spraining I informed my assigned consultant but it did not register. So I informed him again, at this point I told the guy just book in my car as my acces is so low that im not loosing but that our surance will be loosing as their preferred vendor is ripping them off but to their own parole. As my car will be in for 2 weeks and I'll have a loan car for 2 weeks, o and by the way halve the things the assessor claimed was damaged is actually not? How dos this work.
where if they apply them selfs and assess the situation it will cost them less I'll be with out a car for 3 days and rental for 3 day max with no re -praining needed at all.
Here's another angel, I can replace my bonnet and all damaged items from ford directly and it will cost less? Makes you think....
Any way can help people that do not want to be helped. Sad that I'll loose my out bones as a result. And possibly get slapped with a premium increases......... Sigh......
