Allow Policy Updates Online

Why is OUTsurance making it so difficult to update a policy (specifically vehicle Insurance)? Fine, it is easy to add the Registration, Engine or VIN number, but any other changes is impossible. If you want to make a change online and it is not possible, then you must ask for a call back from a consultant. On the App, you can add a description under Other, but then a consultant still phones you, and do not even look at the description. What is the use? Also, if you request a change, they phone you once, and when you are not available, they never try phoning again and they also do not make the change as per the description. We do not always want to speak to a consultant - especially if they are supposed to write "22 inch 10-Open Spoke Diamond Cut Wheels" and they write "22 inch open black cut roof" - how does that makes sense? Please just allow us to add stuff online.
