Dear Outsurance

This complaint is directed at your misleading claim aired on Highveld stereo that states you will beat any car insurance premium. What it does not tell you is that it is applicable ONLY to personal insurance and not business insurance. Having said that I wasted 25 minutes of my life on the phone with Outsurance to get a quotation for R3420 per month for comprehensive business insurance with an excess of R6400. I am currently paying R1481 for comprehensive business insurance for my vehicle with ZERO excess.

I am thoroughly disgusted at the misleading way in which you market yourselves.
