All round sterling service

My car broke down, so I contacted Outsurance who offer 2 tows per year if you're covered with them. They were literally there within 45 minutes, and kept calling to let me know the towers were on their way, when they'd arrived, and to make sure that the hand over took place etc. It all happened very quick and very smooth. So I'm very impressed, completely hassle free. Thx! :-)
