All round awesome service

my husband used to deal with outsurance until I got my new VW Tiguan, my first dealings with Chris to load my car on our current account was such an easy and rewarding task with Chris, he really made me feel important and gave me a great deal, better than any other insurance company, so professional, then an accident occurred, not my fault, Anwar was super efficient and really made me feel like he cared, like it was his problem as well, with all his help and advice the person responsible is finally going to fix my car. We are always quick to complain, but give credit where credit is due, Chris and Anwar are from different departments, yet they really proved to me that outsurance has one goal and that's to make the client feel special and important regardless, thank you for all round awesome service, something one doesn't get often these day, you guys are truly special and amazing!!!
