<p>After a gentleman driving recklessly drove into the back of my car writing it off. I struggled for months trying to claim as 3rd party. After giving up and eventually claiming through my own profile it was sorted out within a week. And a month later outsurance had recovered my excess. Thank you so much Roxanne for all your hard work and being incredibly kind. :)</p>
