All I can say they do not keep to their promise as advertises

I approached outsurance for a quote for my household and vehicles My current premium for two VW Up R 374 and my VW Caddy R815-97 The Quote for these two vehicles from Outsurane was for the VW UP R603-43 and the VW Caddy R 1006-24 I was supp**** with a form to claim my R 1500 and a code to log in to the claims section where I had to submit my current policy and proof of a no claim for the past 3 years to qualify for the R 1500. I could not upload my current policy as the file size was to big. I contacted outsurance and explained what the problem was and I emailed the policy with the password to open the file. I was then contacted by outsurance wanting my Banking details so that they could pay me the R 1500. on 9 October 2024 To date, I have not received any payment
