All great...and then the wheels came off

<p>We had a violent armed ******* almost a month ago. The call centre service was outstanding when asking for a lock smith as doors and frames were damaged. The service from the lock smith awesome! The following morning the lady from the call centre even phoned asking how we were doing. The claims guy was on the ball two days later...and then the wheels came off. At first the ****** items were going to be delivered/replaced...only one item was replaced within a week or so, great...but the company did not know anything at all about the other items. From then on it is hard to get hold of the claims guy and he does not respond on emails. Eventually got hold of him asking what was happening...and he was 'surprised' the company to replace the items did not know about it (note it is the job from the claims guy to follow up). Suddenly an amount was given to replace the two other ****** items...which does not cover by no means the items. Again trying to get hold of the dude...who does not answer any messages or returns calls.</p> <p>I left Santam after experiencing bad service (not getting accesses back from three accidents when standing still waiting to turn green and idiots driving in my ass on a wet road)...it is slowly but surely turning out as nothing better...</p> <p>Not a great experience from Outsurance after being assaulted in our own house we have to go through more trauma!</p>
