All drivers are to blame

I was in a dual lane main road 25 metres from stopping at a traffic light (so moving slow), I was in the right lane. A car came from a side road on my right drove across traffic and into my drivers side. Outsurance told me I am 40% (R4000) to blame and would only get 60% payout. How can I be blamed for driving on a main road in free flow traffic and then a driver shoots across two lanes hoping to get into our flow. Oh yes the lady told me if he had gone into my rear at the lights he would be 100% to blame. My only fault is that Ï should not have been on the road at that time and place". Another thing to remember when using their insurance quoted as retail price, this is well below forecourt prices, ask for a Rand price for what you are paying. You insure your life for R1mil and your family get the R1mil, so ask what Rand will you get for the fee you are paying and have it on the policy. 20 years ive been with them, they could have bought me a new car and still scored. Sad

I guess in the heat of the moment I was too hasty condemning Outsurance, They have paid out the full amount of my claim with no cost to me. Many thanks thanks Outsurance.
