Aim is to ******* people and spit them out on the time that they need the insurance

They make quotation before they payout, if the insured item is now less than the amount insured for, then they don't pay the claim according to the amount insured, they pay according the quotation, but if the insured item is more than the amount insured for, they change the tune and say we pay according to the amount insured for.. This insurances are the same, they never be loyal to their clients, the mission is to rip people off, especially on the time that you needed them most. I have been with the same insurance since 2005,and this the treatment I have received.. I really thought Outsurance was better than the other insurances, you have proved me wrong.
