Agents don't want to do what you request horrible

You guys made my decision much much more easier today a simple request cannot be done I asked your Consulting to cancel my funeral policy because I cannot afford it at the moment but he wants to give me stories on why I shouldn't cancel and doesn't want to help me to cancel it you make it so difficult for one simple query I would have came back top you guys when I was back on my feet but now I will never make use of your company I can't believe that you make it so difficult when someone wants to even cancel even after I told him I would still like to cancel he still continued on and on about why I shouldn't what kind of company is this that doesn't want to follow a customer's request I was spending on cancer and temporary because I lost my job and would have reach joined on a later stage I don't care if the payment would have been higher but the way this agent was persistent no thank you cancel the funeral policy effective immediately I want nothing to do with this company again because I do not want to be with a company that wants to not work I request a customer ask and wants to force them to stay even after they said they still would like to cancel
