Against the popi act, rude, unprofessional, pathetic
If there was 0 star I would use it... these people harassing me being un professional contact my father which has nothing to do with the query at hand I am not even insured with outsurance when I asked them how did you guys get my father's details they said they have their ways they are rude and speak anyhow even if I wanted to insure my car with them one day I will not at all terrible and pathetic please don't be fooled by them.... outsurance is completely unprofessional

She explained the legal process in detail and what is required which you now understand.
In terms of the POPI act, Cheree confirmed that we have an interest in the information obtained since this is related to an accident with an active claim for a civil matter. We were not in contravention of the POPI act in doing so.
