After the disaster of my bedroom being flooded by water from the burst geyser I was horrified at the damage to my house. I immediately contacted outsurance and i was promptly directed to a lady that was just awesome! She listened patiently as i described the damage caused. She comforted me saying i should be calm as Outsurance will assist. Then after thirty minutes after the call i was contacted by service providers, plumber, ceiling, floor and cabinet making company. Each service provider arranged with me as to steps to be taken in fixing each damage. Outsurance has been in touch everyday checking progress and whether i am satisfied.
