After submitting a quote request via the OUTsurance website for car insurance, I had a consultant call me almost immediately to discuss my request further. The consultant was very friendly and informative, and took me through the quotation process timeously and diligently. I was thrilled when she offered me a quote that not only saved me a whopping R1800 on my monthly premium compared to my current provider, but the excess value was also less and there were a host of additional benefits included! My policy was set up there and then and policy documents were in my Inbox before our call even ended. I had scheduled my cover to start at a certain date, subject to the cancellation of my existing insurance, and when I called again to for them to bring the start date forward this request was also handled with efficiency! I would highly recommend OUTsurance, not only for the significant savings I will benefit from but their excellent service as well!
