After requesting a call back I received a very prompt response from AQEEL RASSOOL. This man should be your PRO Professional, courteous with a great sense of humour and after accepting my challenge to improve on the offer - he did so I accepted and handed my cover back to Outsurance . Thanks Aqeel.
