After Repairs service

Outsurance ummm what can I say, Bumper damage (Bumper Broken as someone bumped it while it was parked as we came out and saw it Hanging) on my car and claim is put in which is authorized to replace the bumper.<br> <br> Car was at Panel Beater from 1st of April 2015 and all work finished on 27th May 2015, car was collected and taken to OEM Agent to ensure that work was completed as per OEM standards and was advised that a sensor which should be fitted to the bumper is missing. Sent the report to Outsurance from OEM Agent and was told that the missing part does not form part of the claim and is my responsibility to fit the missing part <br> Umm before Bumper was replaced Part was there now its not. <br>
