After recieving a visit from one of the assessors from OUT surance
After recieving a visit from one of the assessors from OUT surance. I received a call after 2 days. And I was told they are waiting on contractors to send them quotations. Then I started contacting the person responsible for my claim and now I'm told I have to wait for someone to check the damage and give them a quote. My question was to Mpho Lekete what's the next step after receiving the call from her. And now I'm being addressed as Mr Ngubeni on my email and not Ms Ngubeni. The roof is dislocated from the wall and light is coming through from outside and from other rooms when it's at night.
