After receiving an email Re: app I reluctantly downloaded it as most of these apps are so hard to use and It was amazing!! So user friendly and super easy. I need to change my beneficiary which for obvious reasons can’t do on an app and literally had a call within a minute of requesting a call back and was sorted with in 5 min. Just amazing and super quick! Very impressed!
