After our kitchen caught fire from oil in a pan, I went to the hospital, then phoned Outsurance when I got back late at night. As soon as they opened the next day, they came back to me and went over details of the incident. An inspector came that morning to look at the damage and contact relevant contractors. Everyone on the phone was very friendly and sympathetic. Service has been quick. Now I am just waiting for repairs to start.
