After making arrangements on Tuesday 28 Jan 2025 for my policie s to go off on Tuesday 4 Feb they did not do so. I only expected the House Insurance to go off yesterday which it did but they told me this had to happen this way because I had apparently changed the date earlier in Jan but I did not realise that adding 2extra cellphones and a funeral policy equaled this I had to borrow money for the home insurance to go off R1032 was told to me. But the pet insurance definitely had to go off on Tuesday4 Feb it went off this morning, looks like they added R38 extra to this they have now used up my extra money that I borrowed for food on a policy which I made arrange for at the beginning of the week.
