After complaining about TELKOM it would be remiss of me to say nothing about Terry Martin of OUTSURANCE. She is the epitome of Excellence in Service. I told her Outsurance should be proud to have her in their company. She is efficient, thorough, dogged in her attitude to please and above all that I could "see" her smile and hear it in her voice when she called to keep me abreast of matters pertaining to my claim. I know not every one is the same, and yet when a young woman can make a customer feel as if she is the ONLY client, that is to be commended at the highest level. I hope the OUTSURANCE management will take note of Terry's talents and reward her for lifting their banner high. Thank you Terry Martin. May you go from strength to strength.
