After claim service outsurnace is horrible.

I had the best service from outsurance when I need to log a claim but I had had the wors service trying to get them to fix a repair that their contractors didn't complete correctly.i have logged 4 calls for this issue and the damage is getting worse and worse and we are getting to a pont that we are scared it will damage the furniture inside of the house. Thus far the after sales service on this claim has been horrible.
