After an oncoming car crossed the centre line and destroyed our wing mirror and dented the driver's door but denied all responsibility, I had no choice but to claim against my outsurance policy. Merriam was super efficient, sorted everything out for me, kept me posted on the progress of my claim, organised the repairs and the hire car. That was on Friday, by Monday my car was at the panel beater and the hire car was delivered there for me. I am still getting updates as to the progress of the repairs. Thank you Merriam and Outsurance
