After all these years - Pathetic service and no reply

<p>So i had endless issues with my Ranger repairs with the needless to say pathetic serive provided that is taking to date 5 motnhs to resolve... You pride yourself as the nmarket leader but i think you are overlooking what a loyal customer is...</p> <p>Needless to say I am told to resolve the matter myself by you - Its cool however i dont really catch this type of customer service...</p> <p>Please can you re-imburse me as per my last 3 mails to your agents to i can:</p> <p>1. Take time off work </p> <p>2. Go and pay for the ordered parts as they are waiting </p> <p>3. Fit them </p> <p> </p> <p>And then tadaaaa - All the issues will be sorted... Not difficult right?</p> <p> </p>
